The host Octave is a very experienced certified tour guide and is familiar with all the attractions around Dominica and has a vast knowledge about different plants and herbs and their uses, birds, culture, politics and the country itself.

The hostess Rahel, who speaks German, English and French will be looking after your well being and will show you the island's beauty.

Most sites in Dominica require a Site-Pass ticket, which can be bought either at the site itself or at the tourist information in Roseau.

Here are some ideas of what to do while you stay by us. If you need a guide (for many hikes strongly recommended!), Octave, as a very experienced, certified tour guide would be happy to take you around the island. Tours can be arranged before your visit or while you’re staying with us. The approximated times given to the lists of hikes are for one way only if written “one way”.


Hike to Dubuc Falls (45 min. one way)

Visit the GTEC Arts and Crafts Center at Geneva where wood carvings from local artists are of a very high standard!

Hike from Tete Morne to Palmis for a scenic view of the South (45 min. one way)

Hike from Tete Morne to Soufriere with a hot bath in the sulphur springs (1h one way)
